?Mullerian Mimicry?

While I was Looking over Some youtube videos, This interesting looking caterpillar.
I can't be sure but, My hypothesis about this particular look is the Lepidopteran caterpillar Mullerian attempt to look like a bat.



I could very well be wrong!
